Golden Sun Reloaded - Dullahan

My strategy was setting all Djinns to go on an summoning spree by sacrificing the first party. Dullahan had the habit of using our summons against us and his annoying Djinn Storms. So I left him nothing to drain. The damage left him around half of his health amount, then I used the second party, usually including Issac and Matthew with Gaia Blade and Sol Blade, to finish him off.

I would love to know what exact djinn setup and classes you used. I am on the dullahan battle right now and almost level 99 and it is a crazy battle without summons.

you can see the djinn set up at 31:13 Imo the best way to deal with Dullahan is to build 6 characters with high luck classes (at least 40 luck so u get immunity to all side effects/status, mainly charon's 1hko). Then a 7th member with the full cursed set (isaac imo the best), who hits hard but has very low luck, use him during the lull then switch. the 8th memeber will get the left djinns, for me Garret, with a bad class, very rarely used just to go it using some support djinn/item and leave

@user-hj9jc2dn3p I wonder why the creator of reloaded only gave a mind read ribbon for beating dullahan though? I mean obviously we get the summon tablet behind it, but a mind read ribbon? Doesn't make sense.

@@kevinburke1325 Because once you've beaten Dulluhan that's the ultimate challenge already done. The mind read ribbon lets you give it to (I think) Felix after lighting the Mars Lighthouse. The NPCs you see after that do have thoughts to read, but you don't have Ivan/Sheba available so you can't read it. Now you can.

My sir u have my respect for accomplishing this task, I too went through this hell in trying to beat him, and eventually beating him but I enjoyed it at least 👍

Off topic(?) but in this version is there no way to win against karst and agatio at jupiter lighthouse?

@@Ghost-14196 well i guess i just wanted to see someone succeed before i tackled the endeavor since most of the vids i've seen make the fight seem improbable to win

Its still very easy to do and I did it first try. You just want to start at making sure you have both Felix and Piers as their Tri-Elemental Classes that both give them Party Heals and EPA's that cut ATK/DEF. Eventually you should be able to hold on long enough for the others to join you, and from there its not too difficult.

Geez. I just finished a low level/no summon run of golden sun and hard mode lost age. Now i find out theres a rom for it. Guess i gotta do it again... Do you know if Rime and Luff are nerfed in this?

Iirc no djinn got changed, but the godrush got heavily nerfed, in the description there is a new link with the download and the changelog of both games

They mean that you cant use a summon until an equal amount of turns to Djinn required have passed in battle, so you cant summon-rush anymore. Albeit i think it starts at 4-Djinn Summons and up.

Are you sure?, reloaded is a mod, much harder than the original game, even on hard mode.
