I have some questions...What is the red base color ? Primary Red ? Carmine red ? And what did you use to mix your paint? Floetrol, Liquitex? 2 parts Floetrol to one part paint? How much water did you add to your paint? Just curious ❤

The red is carmine red. For dutch pours, I only use paint and water. You can use floetrol too, but the paints interact differently with floetrol. You get rounder edges with just water. I don't measure how much water I add, instead I look at how the paint flows off my mixing stick. For a dutch pour, the paint shouldn't create a mound on the surface as it pours off the stick, but exact consistency is a matter of taste. I like my paints on the thinner side.
