Rick Parmeter Built our Golden Eagle Log Cabin in the North Woods of Wisconsin back in 2010. It was a pretty seamless experience working with Golden Eagle and having one of the Parmeter family members actually GC the project was pretty cool. Would definitely build with them again. We still own our cabin and enjoy it year round. You don't need to spend millions to have a nice log cabin from Golden Eagle LH's.

Golden Eagle have such beautiful constructions but for some reason it seems like they keep forgetting about the elderly members of the family and they think that only young people would be living in the house, it's very rare to see a tour of one of this mansions that has an elevator and been this houses so big I think 2 or 3 elevators situated in a certain areas will be awesome

The DIY build was probably the closest because he and his family did so much of the work, but even that would be over 500k, if I’m not mistaken.

The complete package for the DIY is about 300,000. Because your a DIY person add up all the rest of the building costs and see if it comes up to 500,000 with your family doing all the work and see if it possible in your area
