(app. 3 Months) I Would Seriously Imagine That He Was Unable To Accept Her Death, & Who Knows Maybe, He Even Felt Responsible For Her Doing It. Unfortunately, all of the people who were there the night Reeves died are all dead themselves. But Reeves' was involved in a shady relationship with Toni Mannix. Wife of a studio manager at MGM & allegedly had mobster ties. He broke off the relationship & started to see Lenore Lemon -- another questionable person. Lots of poor investigating by the police. I believe he was killed. Most baby boomers do. As far as his career? It was fine. He had made a film with Marlene Dietrich "Rancho Notorious" & two other feature films. One with Anne Baxter, & Burt Lancaster's "From Here To Eternity," during the time he was making the TV series "Superman." When he had a salary dispute with the studio they gave him a substantial raise. He returned to the series. So, he didn't have money problems. At the time of his death, George had another season to go on "Superman" -- it was extremely popular (7 years counting the pilot film from 1951). Reeves had made a live appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show playing the guitar & singing. He had talked about projects he had in the works or planned to do when "Superman" ended. It wasn't like he didn't know anyone in Hollywood.

I remember when Freddie Prince took his life. It was such a shock! He was starring on a hit TV show, & seemed to have everything. I"m also Hungarian like Mr Prinze. Long before my time my mom's dad hung himself when she was a child. She's the one who found him. People who do this just don't care how it hurts their families. My mom's life was pure h*ll after her dad's death. I felt so bad for Mr Prinze 's son. It was wonderful to see his son become a wonderful actor & living a happy life. If only my mom & her siblings had their lives turn out that well! People -- there's always hope. Please do not take ur life when everything seems hopeless!
