It was few times that it happened, but it did happen six or so times, still, I wasn't annoying at class we used whisper while talking irrelevant stuff, so we wasn't trying that hard to be annoying (Btw if you about to respond and mention the fact that I wrote a newspaper save it, I'm locked up cuz of the fucking virus it's 2:25 AM here, Im being kinda nostalic... @vnmeister94183 жыл бұрын
Yeah as an Australian, I grew up watching my brothers play rugby which is a lot of physical contact. However what I’ve noticed is that it gets more personal more quickly watching more American professional sports now. In addition, arguing with refs and I’ve even seen fights where they are thrown in the middle of it. Even though I didn’t play a lot of sports, girls and guys (but especially with more physically aggressive sports like rugby), it gets drilled into us from a young age to be respectful especially of refs and coaches.

My favorite thing about Adam's is he could really score 20 points per game. He has great footwork, he has a soft touch. They could throw it up ti the basket. But its not in the game plan for him to score and he doesn't care. All of his coaches have said the same
@ohishwaddup2 жыл бұрын
I love Adams(Grizz fan) but he doesn't have 20 ppg in him. He doesn't have that good of touch or really any go to moves on the block and he's lost a lot of hops due to injury/age where he's not a vertical spacer anymore. That being said he really doesn't care about his stats and you're right. I think the most underrated aspect of his game is passing. Grizzlies have put him in a Marc Gasol esque role where he is the distributor in the high post. He has some nice bounce passes that lead to free baskets for our guards when they cut. He had 2 or 3 against the Bulls on MLK day
@Dgen992 жыл бұрын
@@ohishwaddup I like your input, just disagree on the scoring. Shaq said the same thing about Adams. He could easily put up 20 per game. One thing is he is still only 28 a d does t put up alot of minutes. He shoots it 5 times per game, that's it. Only time he's taken 9 shots per game He averaged 14. If he averaged 17 shots per game like Karl Anthony towns that would put him around 22 per game not even counting the fact he would get fouled more. Even if he only made 4 out of 8 free-throw attempts that would put him around 25ppg.that would put him right around guys like Jokic,towns... its just not what they want him or need him to do. If guys like kareem,shaq, Duncan watch and say he could average 20 EASY, then I'm kind of inclined to believe them.
@ohishwaddup2 жыл бұрын
@@Dgen99 I think in those guys eras I definitely think he could I'm just talking about these days. Shaq is extremely biased to dudes like him compared to Towns who he considers soft. I haven't seen Kareem or Timmy say anything like that but if they did I would definitely trust them. I think his early development in New Zealand really held him back as far as developing a more overall game. He could always be the biggest and strongest guy on the court over there which has obviously been applicable to the NBA but he wasn't taught a lot of the skills that are taught in more basketball oriented countries to big guys like go to post moves, foul line jumpers, etc. I wonder what kind of player he could've been if he moved over here younger but then we wouldn't have his great accent and personality :). I wanna say thanks for being so respectful even if we disagree lol. Makes basketball a lot more enjoyable to discuss compared to a lot of the idiots on Facebook or Bleacher report lol
@Dgen992 жыл бұрын
@@ohishwaddup it's so much better to have actual conversations and I agree to disagree. Only because its a numbers game. He does have a weird combo of skills for his size. The strength is a difference maker also. Like Zion(if he weren't injury prone/lazy) he is just strong. Like a whole other level strength. The issue with most big guys is usually they were always the biggest/strongest in there schools or there area. They get in the league and realize, oh this guy is stronger than me. There are a few guys though that they ARE the standard.There just isn't a player naturally stronger than he is.If you are just really that much stronger than. Even a guy like ayton or embiid that is a miss match. That's what shaq was speaking on. He is just stronger, he can sit in the paint like he does for his offensive rebounds and if he had a chris Paul type guy give him 18-20 shots per game he is going to make half of them. Players have an issue moving him and he keeps the ball high like old school centers. So guys like Joel/giannis even try to bully people. It's hard to bully someone your size who can literally pick you up like a toddler a d move you out of the way. That's why it does t seem too far fetched to me. He isn't athletic, but neither was Duncan. What he did though was keep the ball high and shoot a short shot off the glass.
