I was at Savers with my wife and they put a rather large sealed board game bundle I'd never heard of. It's called Everdell Complete Collection First Edition. I paid $24.00 and it sold for 300.00 the next day. It's always nice when you find those gems.

Those bonsai tools are fire! I haven't sold it yet but I found a 1933 Courtland Smith Map of Long Island that I have listed for $900 that I found for $10 at a local garage sale in Iowa

That bonsai set is amazing!! I would have definitely picked it up too. My best thrifted find was a linoleum wood block artist etching of Christ and The Doctors. Very famous artist from the 50's, like Smithsonian famous. His name is Allan Rohan Crite. I thought it was so beautiful. Very small, like 3" x 5". The artists signature and date (1939) was at the bottom. Everything was backwards as it was a block print, like a stamp, for making prints. Once I did my research I was astounded! I hated to part with it but was hoping it could be reconnected to someone who collected his art or someone in his family. Sold for $700+ and I paid $2.99 at GW!! You just never know!! : )

I am 58 and have been doing yoga for 25 years, power walking, and I have played competitive tennis (USTA) for 50 years. Tennis is the best sport for aging because it keeps you social, is great for heart health, Joint mobility, keeps your brain engaged, and tennis players increase life expectancy by 10 years. National Institute of Health has a good study on the benefits of tennis and long term health and aging. Now with that being said, tennis does give you injuries, I have a foot injury that required surgery, my foot is no longer as strong, which requires me to do more stretching and agility in order to stay in the game. All tennis players get addicted to tennis, it releases some feel good endorphins in your brain, so when we get injured, we work to get back to tennis ASAP, we want that feeling. You can learn tennis at any age, I am always surprised how many mature people turn out for beginner tennis programs in my area.

EV are a joke in my opinion. Oz waiting in a car park of a shopping mall just off a major Highway here in Australia waiting for my wife and her mother to do their shopping. The amount of teslas pulling up and charging their car for 30, 40 minutes. I don't know if they're not allowed to sit in the car while it's charging because they're always standing next to the charging station playing with their phones. I was sitting under the shade of a tree in my car being 35°C I think about 95 American. I heard that it takes 50,000 miles which is about 80,000 kms to offset the extra carbon it uses to make electric car over a normal car. Also I heard it's cheaper to run a Mercedes smart car petrol than their EV. Cheers Graham

I'm in TESLA COUNTRY and I mean 1000's and 1000's are here. NOT ENOUGH CHARGING stations for them and they want more out there. Think of an apartment complex of 500 units how do they retro fit that.
