@@cameron.hayward No no, it's still good. UI is essentially, having a 0ms reaction time, there is no lag in your movements. That's why it's so OP in Dragon Ball, everyone is already so fast, that erasing just a few miliseconds of reaction time is massive. So, as far as Deku is concerned, Id write it so that UI doesn't give any sort of power boost like in DB, he'd just have the 0 reaction time thing. He'd need to learn martial arts and reach peak human physical form, combined with UI, he'd definitely be Hero material. Not top of the verse, but a very powerful Hero. We're also assuming that he won't just explode after using UI, his body can just handle it. Or make it so that he has a "Martial Arts God" Quirk. Can pick up various styles in an extremely short time and has slightly enhanced physical attributes, such as power, speed, stamina etc. And by that I mean he'd have better physical stats that a normal person, actually slightly superhuman, but bellow people with actuall physical boosting Quirks. Something like UI would be an end game technique that he could tap into via Quirk Awakening. Would change the story quite a bit, he wouldnt get bullied by Bakugo due to him having a Quirk, Bakugo would actually respect him, he would be more confident and he'd be less powerfull than in cannon, but only in the end game where his Quirk would kindof peak. At the earlier stages of the story, he'd be far more powerfull due to him already having a Quirk that he can control and training pre AllMight meeting (if that would even happen, the writers choice).
