I did the math to figure out how strong deku is per percentage, he can run about 40 to 45 miles an hour at 8% and shoulder press about 350. So if he were to use 2-3 percent it wouldn't change much I don't think it would actually affect his body

150 to 200 meters. The others would wonder qhy it was so weak? Didn’t bakugo literally yell his quirk was a support type and nobody there can really throw the ball that far except for like 5 of the 20 there so they should be shocked that a healer has so much strength may i remind you most of these people would probably only throw the ball 80 meters at most.
