Hey man hope all is good just wanted to say thanks. I started watching your Suzuki ts videos as I had the same bike but a 1980 and it was my first ever rebuild that was closer to 5 years ago. I’m now officially a motorcycle mechanic and am going to college to get a certification so I can start my red seal hours anyway I always come back to this channel and see what you got going on glad your still posting keep it up! sadly purchased the TST SURFER - The controller is not working. The first one was stuck on pedal assist 5 and the replacement they sent will not power the bike up. Stay away.

@@zaineremus2882 What do you mean it is stuck on pedal assist 5? On my defender, all of the pedal assist modes feel very similar in terms of takeoff power. The only difference with the pedal assist modes on my bike is that the max speed increases a couple mph per pedal assist mode. Also, I've noticed that the throttle is always at max power regardless of what the pedal assist mode the bike is set at. It seems like this is just the way the bike is programmed. Hopefully, it can be reprogrammed through the hidden display settings but I haven't tried to mess with it yet.
