She and Kurt like to visit our non touristic islands in Greece. I admire her so much for what she is doing. I hope this lesson to arrive in Greek schools soon!!

I agree totally about the mental health crisis that's been emerging for many many years now.I think it comes from a disconnection with ourselves, each other, community and the natural world. We live a in a colder harder world,at least in the privileged west, than we did when I was growing up.

I've been robbed again. First, with the death of Whitney Houston, whom I wanted to see reprise on screen the role of Norma Desmond, with Kevin Costner as her co-star. Death was the robber. Second, I had wanted to see Goldie Hawn, who displayed such powerful emotional range as the desperate Texas welfare mother in "The Sugarland Express," reprise the Luise Rainer role as Anna Held in "The Great Ziegfeld," with special attention to the immortal, bittersweet telephone scene. Hawn could've pulled it off.
