Congratulations to everyone involved, I actually got quite emotional watching the film as it reveals that the only thing that's stopping quality housing for all is the desire and commitment to actually want to achieve it! That and reform of right to buy perhaps!

Remove the bench then. You've still got a kick ass social housing development and an example that social housing isn't just associated with drugs, crime and poor quality.
