I've got a question. If ""ALL"" of the money was never claimed or cashed at a specific school, then where's the money that the schools were supposed to get from the state lottery??? Lottery says that they have given millions of dollars to schools and the schools are still broke???

It seems very likely they were stashing it until the public forgot about these funds and then they would take it after without much attention. The LAUSD needs a serious independent oversight of management there. Too many crooks seem to reside there.

Wow this is frustrating as hell. They should have a board of elementary school teachers who directly oversee all incoming funds. They’re not going to just let that money slide while they’re buying pencils and glue sticks out of their own pockets.
