He "flows" like he's reading his own lyrics for the first time as he speaks them. You had Kool Moe Dee and Rakim coming up with lyricism that forced everybody else to change it up and up their game, and Short Dog was barely past the ABC's! He's been stuck at that "1982" level for over 30 years and it wasn't even good for the time! His so called "flow" is non existent! Who are you even comparing him to? He's on a track with Goldy who's game was always tight and it's like he's a make-a-wish kid who's dream it was to make a rap video. He got respect because he came up waaay early. It doesn't mean that he's not absolutely horrible at what he does. I don't think that I have ever heard a Too Short track that made me nod my head.
