Golf Clash Wind, Elevation and Ball Guide Adjustments

This video has helped me immensely. I have been playing a couple of months and doing ok, but losing a lot of shootouts. Just won a shoot out because I was able to make a much more accurate adjustment for wind and elevation. It's a little tough making the right adjustments with the time clock bearing down, but still a huge improvement. I used to wonder why my perfect shots would sometimes land so differently than the ball guide was telling me, so now I know. Thank you.

Thank you RJ ! I am a new player for a couple months now. I have been struggling since the last tournament in March especially in the shootouts and I hope by watching this video it will help my game. It is so frustrating to make it to the draw over and over again just to lose in the shootouts. Please keep the tutorials coming !

Hi ItsRJ. This video, plus your very detailed but easy to follow instructions really helped me. Previously understood the math, but had trouble understanding the physical movement of the 'target' for the math. In other words, how to align the ‘take a shot, button to the target , then further drag the target to adjust for my club's wind adjustment. Now I get it, thanks very much.

Hello I'm a massive fan of GC and the tip about the bag is a big help I'm really good but I want to be better than just good. Does it help in tour play if your bag is set up to fifty per cent and 100 percent accuracy because the less I have to remember stuff the better as I need the extra help when it comes to higher winds.

It can help but another thing that might help more is downloading and printing the golf club sheet at golfclashnoteboot. Not sure if it’s a dot com or dot io so just google it.

I watched your first video on how to adjust the rings but the wind was blowing left to right , how do you adjust when the wind is blowing right to left?? The first way the turned the screen north fo you turn it south when the wind is going right to left??? Sorry just trying to understand all this but just want backs for now. Thanks Ken

Loved the video and understand better when explaining about how many rings from 0 to 50 then 100,understand that point but what about clubs with 30+ accuracy or 65-90 accuracy, can you make another video explaining that please,learnt so much already from you thanks RJ..

how do you account for elevation or decline? Also I don't understand the low mid high. I keep messing up my shot when the wind is pointed back and i set my shot up and make the adjustments but the cursor is at the very limit of the club and it makes it hard to judge it when the cursor keeps bouncing back.

7:03 I'm new and trying to understand more so stop losing so much. This might be a dumb question but are you adjusting so you are opposite of the wind direction? And which number are you using off the wind chart club.

Why does the wind effect seem to differ for each player? I've hit shots in semi high winds and the ball has acted like it's low to no wind, yet opponent aims the same and the wind effect is noticeable different for thier shot

How exactly do you know which holes are up Hill and down Hill? And how exactly do you determine their elevation?

I watched videos where the max and min distance is the actual distance when you drag the bullseye up and down the field and not how much you pull on the swing meter.

Just curious why you did not mention the ball power levels when creating your wind chart. Seems like some of thr numbers change quite a bit when using a power 3 vs a power 1. Great video regardless.

Robert C that represents the amount the wind was decreased based on the ball used.

Great vid RJ, very helpful for beginners and little more advanced players. Since you had a 6.3 wind and roughly 35% elevation change, you actually should have adjusted 8.4 instead of 7.5 rings. BUT I believe you were not at max distance of your sniper and surely should have adjusted less than 8.4 rings, which you did. It is not totally in line with your calculation approach tough... but in the end it cancelled eachother out. This is just nitpicking. The vid will be very helpful for many and your explanation are down so clear, that everybody can understand it. Well done!

@@timothykekeyjackson6930 I just noted your comment. I try to judge by looking at elevation from the tee, press take shot button or watch the other player. I have been told all elevation levels are available in Facebook, try PL3X !

So basically all this is irrelevant cause most of us dont have the time or patience to memorize all the clubs we use ring wind measurements for 🤦‍♂️. I havent seen not 1 short n sweet video on this yet. Im naturally good at adjusting for wind but want to fine tune it some and none of these vids help me at all.

If you still play.... write down your wind charts. Most people stick with the same clubs other the. Drivers and woods for the most part. I play with a cheat sheet next to me. Just write down up to 5 ring
