Great change and outcomes. After a big MCL injury to the left knee from playing football, I’d be scared with some of these movements which does restrict but need to adjust.

I have issues where on video you will see my hands and arms behind my trail pocket and I start releasing early, even when I try to keep the wrist angles and throw my hands and arms through. Would these drills help get my hands and arms firing through and not release the club too early in this situation?

Yes to create space for you. Coupled with more torso trail lateral flexion (side bend) to maintain space 👍
