How did you remove the snowguard is stuck rock solid... I already cut out air duct holes the car is amazing with a retune to 400bhp

I pushed it from either end and it came out - mine was stuck too so I ended up breaking one of the plastic lines but it will come out eventually!

@@RPHD26 Pipercross is a filter without any oil! K&N are oiled - would not recommend cause they can do damage to the air sensors behind it

This is a mk7! I’m actually now considering getting rid of this to get an induction cone one. I heard one recently and it sounds so much better. Only downside is it’s way more expensive

No you don't have to, you can run stock with 0 issues - but you will see most BHP gains if you do tune.

Don't want to see your intake after many miles, just foam and so thin would let pass a lot of particles unlike the original filter which has a significantly larger filtration surface and efficiency.

Perfect for my requirements where I want performance but as quietly as possible. Do these allow more crap to pass the filter though, I read the K&N one does.

No Problem, If you loose more Coolant your waterpump is probably leaking. Its a known issue If you have warranty there is an tpi for that. Hot the same in my Cupra

It’s been good since I topped it up thankfully but I will definitely keep an eye on it, thanks 🙏🏼 think it looks worse in the video because the driveway is up a slant so it’s all tilted back
