I also saw a video demonstrating the pitching shot, however, the guy did not lift his right heel at the end of his 40~60 yard pitching shot. Is it good to keep your right foot on the ground? How do you recommand?

it's only a slight increase in loft, plus hitting down on the ball delofts it by about 5 or more degrees anyway. plus flop shot is more of a straight shaft at impact rather than hands ahead of the club head.

Why is the butt of the club pointed at a target line that sits behind the ball? I thought the target line was suppose to be inline with the ball.

Same as a 45* PW. The more you open the face, the more the bounce comes into play. So on tight lies, you need less bounce because you can't really get under the ball, so it becomes more of a finesse shot. The ball will come out hot, so you have to swing even easier. But if you can get under the ball, you can use the bounce to aid, or pound down and strike the ball higher on the club face. Same as any wedge. It is more about the length of the swing... stay down, and get the leading edge under the ball, just like you do to get out of a green side bunker.

I don't agree at all. I think the reason is they have a flawed understanding of what a proper swing technique is built around.... the pivot itself.
