Do you recommend upgrading your clubs early on? Things like the sniper and stream which you tend to unlock pretty early in the game? Thanks!

No, not early on, save your coins for better clubs, stay around stage 8 don’t move until bw4-5, go up to 13-14 when bw6, above 14 you will need bw7, not for stage but for AA, kingdom and challenges. I used bw2 starting out with earth, then all epics until legendary start getting above 3-4

Sand wedge, bone claw and scorpion are the best to use, bone claw has no debuff but fast needle at lower levels, gets better from 6, scorpion can get you out of some ridiculous lies if used correctly, will also be needed in some challenges, if you have not unlocked either yet use the epic club Dragon, powerful club but will have debuff and fast needle

Having problems using the adjusting meter, can you please explain how to use it? To clarify, when I try to adjust the swing the meter does not move. What am I doing wrong?

Currently on stage 15 with batwings 2, cyber 6 Phoenix 2, peacock 2, shuttle 1 and you can absolutely be competitive at this stage with lower level clubs.

Okay I for some reason didn't get the batwing club at stage 4 maybe because I didn't have a chest spot for a treasure chest. I am trying to go back and get it. I am on stage 8 now. Can I get it by continuing to go to 4 and playing?

I can’t find a video that covers my question. How do you know when to add to your wind and how much to add depending on the distance you are I understand the different ring colors.

if you "understand the different ring colours" then you already know, its 3 for white, 6 for yellow and 15 for green. I started playing yesterday! So if its a cross wind of 6, with a white circle, then you need two lines (3 each) to counter the wind.

I have been paying attention to your guide. How do you stay at stage 8? I had already made it to stage 10. Do you just continue to play the lower stage?

You can stay at the stage you choose, just forfeit matches to stay under the trophy count needed to move up, at stage 10 I’d want bw5 before moving on, bw6 at 13, bw7 at 14, without this you will struggle in challenges, kingdom and Arena

@@has7497 yes of course but I wouldn’t recommend it, you will be severely out clubbed, it’s best to move up in stages, use Arena as a guide, once you can albatross all 9 holes in the Arena then you are safe to move up

I'm actually looking for how to solve the sound not working even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it, turning the sound on and off in the settings and restarting my phone to no avail.

That is a strange one, unless it’s just the game volume but I guess you have tried that, can be at zero even if the phone volume is higher. There are golf rival forums on Facebook? Maybe ask there or send GR a message and ask them, is your phone muted? So mine is an iPhone and if I mute the sound with the little switch on the side of the phone I think that cuts game volume?

How can I get more distance on my powered tee shot? My opponents can hit fairway with same exact ball, same club or less , as I do !

Add top spin so the ball rolls further, have to be careful though as can roll further than you think into the rough, get to know your clubs, takes time 👍

@@leegr3732 Thanks. But what if I do that, and I a 9.8 wind and the fairway is far enough off your arrow. If you stretch it , you can reach it with powered up shot easily. I try, I always hit edge of rough. Everyone else hits fairway with same club or less Batwing and kangaroo ball. Mines, is same club, same ball and same wind, but short.

I have a level 5 Batwing and struggle with reaching fairway, others hit easily with 4 and 5 Batwing.

@@ericlenoir9255 My first season hitting king was BW4, and hit king ever since with BW5 onwards, the most important part of the game is to learn the wind, then the roll on the ball as it hits the fairway or green and adjust to make sure the guideline doesn’t hit he rough. At 9.8 if the top of the circle hits the green you would need to look where the guideline goes, you want the ball running into the hole so adjust for top or back spin until you get the line running into the hole. Depends also what stage you are on, important not to advance too far as challenges and kingdom become impossible. There is a great wind guide for golf rival on KZbin, done by Luke the revolution, worth watching and learning so you can adjust for the tightest of shots.

Once you have played a while you get used to the clock, set up is quicker, over the years the clock has got quicker to speed up gameplay, I still time out occasionally if I don’t like the shot

@@leegr3732 worst thing about this game is the silly timer. Golf isnt a speed game. Ruins it for me when im trying to understand a new course, set up my shot e.t.c. Timer should be much longer (just to stop people who want to waste time once theyve already lost)

Yes you can keep losing to drop trophies and move to lower stage but you will be still paired in the arena at the highest stage you reached, also matching in kingdom etc will be the same, I’d stay in the stage you are at and enter everything taking what you can and build your clubs, took me a year after hitting 15 with bw2 e5, now in 16 bw7 e11

You can start again but Facebook sometimes ban that account if linked, stage 5 bw is the only legendary available so good to stay there until bw4, then move to 10 until bw5, then 13 until bw6, 14 until bw7 then do as you please, just makes kingdom, challenges etc easier to build clubs

Mostly fake pre recorded games and the ones not fake are played by their minions at home with a gaming set up tied into their server ,they can make you hit good or bad ,distort your shots and skip past the center stop point of the shot gauge.
