I hit everything left. It definitely helps to drag the club back inline with the ball like you said.

Hey my friend, just started playing about 4 months ago. Working on breaking 100 and am pretty close! Been repping this out in the backyard on my net and the pump exercise is unique and very helpful! My clubs don’t have any offset, been trying the second method (Rory method) you showed with the wrist getting set to let the club fall behind your body. Really well explained. This is by far my favorite video when it comes to understanding shallowing, coming from being a beginner it’s a very hard concept to understand and you do a better job at it than my coach ! Would love another video on this topic if possible as well as an extra drill to practice

I think if you focus on getting the weight onto the lead foot at the top of the backswing everything else takes care of itself. I don't hear enough anyone discuss this enough. And how are you swinging the club, right hand powering through or left hand leading, or ...?? thanks

I would have to disagree with your statement. Shallowing the club on plane is a much better way to accomplish the weight transfer. 1. It forces your hips to move forward to create balance as your center of gravity gets pulled into your rear hip/heel. 2. This is a timing move. When should you shift your weight? How much? How long? Into what area of the lead leg, arch, toe, heel, etc.? Far too complicated. Let the club swing you...any semblance of control ruins the flow. 3. Any awareness of a weight shift forward, literally takes you off plane. YOU MUST shallow to maintain your attack angle and path. Otherwise the body overtakes the action and you can't rely on the physics and Biomechanics to work TOGETHER. This is a major issue in golf today. Too much "position"/control teaching. The club has mass, it doesn't need to be controlled. It needs to be swung...the ball just gets in the way. I'm not swinging the club at all, my only job is to start the motion using biomechanical leverage. From there the club swings itself. The more leverage, the faster it moves...no thought. Pure joy and relaxation. That's "how" I swing. 🙏🤙
