So glad to see Sandra Palmer recognized, and still doing so well. I saw her on the range, probably in the mid 1970s, at a tournament in New York. I think the tournament was sponsored by Carvel ice cream. I was in my early teens, there with my father and brother She looked up at me, in the middle of her warm up, and smiled warmly. Instead of returning the smile, i got flustered, and looked away. For some reason, I've thought about that moment many times, with regret. Hopefully Ms. Palmer sees this comment, so I finally can return her smile. 😊

It seems the clip is missing part of Anne Murray's speech, which is a shame. An avid golfer, she (Anne) was once named best female celebrity golfer in the world.
