Even though this interviewer has a little more charisma in his execution than the others this interview is still bad. You can’t just read questions on a list, it’s so inpersonable. The interviewer needs to enter some sort of discourse outside of just asking questions. Have a conversation while asking questions, bounce off the answers, and just be more engaging. Even though I don’t like 73 questions, it’s more bearable to watch that than this

that defeats the entire purpose of the non-sequitur questions
