I played Kingsbarns a few years ago, it was the best course I have ever played but I needed to take out a mortgage to pay the green fees... What you are showing in this hidden gems series (and your other videos) is that you can play the most amazing golf courses at a reasonable price which is surely what us average golfers all want !! This series is going to help wile away the winter months. Scenery is beyond description, golf varies from sublime to the hysterical, courses are a credit to the greenkeepers battling with the elements, and Simon’s course management comments are a lesson to us all. What a stunningly beautiful golf course! The view on the last hole is amazing! Every single hole is beautifully set on the course! This the way a golf course should be! For only being 4800 yards, it is a true test for any golfer! The course owners need to have a professional photographer come out and take pictures of each hole and put out a calender to help publicize the course! I would love to have one sent to me here in the US! LIAM...you need to put together a set of photographs, and put out a book showing all of these "Hidden Gems!" Imagine the popularity these courses would get...and it would help these courses financially! Golf Mates from all over the world would purchase the book!

Great video on an incredibly underrated golf course. The job Ali the greenkeeper does is unbelievable a real labour of love. Played it two years ago and it was the most enjoyable round of golf I have ever played. I would encourage everyone if they can to try and play it!
