I would recommend 'phitts' biometric insoles from a podiatrist.. If your in South England, try 'mind body sole' Fleet, Hampshire. Great custom fitting service, changed my golf game

Always preferred the look of golf shoes which do not have the white trim around sole. Not sure why manufacturers do not always offer offer a black trim or matching trim around sole. The white trim makes them look a bit boat shoe / sneaker like. Big fan of Ecco, but will check your recommendations. Good review.

Nice review, I’ve never owned a pair of spikeless shoes yet, I’ve been looking at the puma spikeless for a while now tho, definitely the next pair of golf shoes I buy, will be spikeless, would be wearing only on dry days, not bothered too much about the shoe being waterproof.

I find the footjoy sizing a nightmare, some styles are really narrow ( DNA Helix), my Pro SL 2018 model is very uncomfortable. Just bought Adidas boost and they are a dream to wear, surprised not to see one Adidas model in this review...

I used to love FJs, but almost all of their shoes lack a toe guard, which leaves the toe sections susceptible to ugly scuff marks.

FootJoy PAYS people WAY TOO MUCH to promote the SL. It's a Piece of crap lightweight, really flexible (e.g. no support) and slippery so no traction
