I think this is the main reason why s99% of weekend golfers do not improve in golf. Besides poor technique, they have physical limitations which prevent them to getting into the correct positions. They also have unrealistic expectations. Mark Blackburn, the number one coach🔥🔥🔥Thanks for this KZbin channel guys. It's a life changing experience for some of us upcoming tour players

Great series and very eye opening! A couple of times Mark said you could also work on your wrist/release to get more energy out to to the clubhead. What was the wrist/release he was referring to?

Appreciate you following along!!! If you’re at 172 I bet you could get to 180. If you’re looking for coaches that understand the screening process and have a solid base of understating check out TPI certified folks.

What’s your current average clubhead speed and where do you need to get? I’m not a huge believer in grf, I think if you have good sequence will be a by product but I’m open to learning. Just seems like long drive guys are more working on swinging the arms faster..
@richardamoroso_violin
@richardamoroso_violin 5 ай бұрын
I think grf is just bad terminology. The ground doesn't do a thing. It's how you use your core and lower half of your body standing on a relatively hard and stable flat surface like everyone does when swinging a club. If someone swings a club standing on ice or quicksand, the grf would be completely different.
@industrialpalletworx3548
@industrialpalletworx3548 5 ай бұрын
@richardamoroso_violin grf is more of a Newtons law thing. For every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction. Meaning the harder you push into the ground the harder the "ground" pushes back. It's not actually pushing back just a reaction.
@industrialpalletworx3548
@industrialpalletworx3548 5 ай бұрын
Long drive guys are absolutely using the ground. This is why in slow motion you can see them leave the ground around impact. They're pushing that hard with their legs to create more speed. No different than a pitcher throwing a baseball or a batter hitting. Both are driving into their trail foot and exploding forward. Load and unload.

Interesting and I get that this is your goal, channel audience, specialty etc.. But coming from 95 mph DCHS, rather tell me how to get from there or 85/90 now to 100 or 105. I haven't found ANYONE who can do that, yet- and I have been to a dozen youtube stars and many others in person. That's what 95% of serious golfers are after and I doubt that GRF, braking the hands or any ither modern fad have much to do with it, if anything.
