Hello Pooja, from Hyderabad. Loved your food series, although I've seen them late. Few tips on how can you enjoy more of Telugu food next time . Part 3 - Ragi sangati is usually had with hot n spicy country chicken curry( natu kodi pulusu) with onions n lemon beside. That bindi fry that you tried, have that with steamed rice with lots of desi ghee. That flavour and taste is unparalleled. Also next time when you get a chance try Andhra mango pickle with hot rice n ghee 👍👌 . Thank you for coming to Hyderabad 🙏☺️

Hey! The proper way to eat ragi mudde is by pinching out a small portion of ragi mudde and roll it into small ball and dip it in any of the accompaniments like gravy and place it in the centre of your tongue and swallow it. You should not chew or bite ragi mudde as it sticks to the teeth. By the way, really enjoyed watching the video 😀❤️

Bellam payasam is not made with coconut milk it's made with guud , dry coconut shedered,rice and milk but we even add dry fruits roasted in ghee as well
