The English was recorded in 1996/1997. Dead or Alive is a totally different song wrote by Yoshihiko Ando and recorded by Fuji's group AB'S in 2005. Both of these I originally uploaded to KZbin in 2008. I mixed the movie intro and ending verson.

Dead or Alive is "NOT" from Golgo 13 Queen Bee. It is from AB'S "Singles" CD. It is track 2. This cut of Turquoise Blue, I made it back in 2008 and posted it on my old channel Landesko. THis was made using the intro and ending mixes. The actual song of Turquoise Blue is 5 minutes long
