Usually, sa Spanish restaurants nakakahanap ng Grilled Octopus, and they call it Pulpo.

Hello Richard, this ANDY again from CHICAGO, your Grilled Octopus looks great with your Gremolata Italian Sauce, but for Filipino taste, you can substitute VINEGAR & Olive Oil instead of lemon,then the sause is called Chimichirri from Argentina. Both sauces are great for Grilled Octopus or Grilled Calamari too👍 Thanks for your wonderful presentation.
