Excellent Kesari. Exactly like my mom ' s preparation. Only thing we use fully ghee. Sugar also I :2. My mom also used to roast Rava in sufficient ghee. She will pour full ghee while roasting itself. This is the way we have to do. Well-done. Beautifully explained.❤👌👌👏👏👍🙏🙏. Tnx Gomathi for sharing.
