@@fishtales9688 im sure there are many people for whom it doesnt matter. There are also many who dont care for the massive cornball branding on the side of an otherwise nice looking piece of kit. Normally the gigantic garish branding of random nonsense words or brand names is characteristic of chinese goods on amazon and temu. If gomexus is different they should distinguish themselves by not designing their products like other cornball chinese products.

A lot of mucking around just for a new handle. Should be able to find an after market handle that fits the original Penn shaft. Nothing wrong with the Penn knob. Good effort though.

100% mate, I’m just a tart. With the Bgs it was literally a straight swap no messing around but for this it was an absolute ball ache

@@kevinbuckler1085 was trial and error mate pretty simple just drilling a rivet out if you’ve got the right gear to do it

Just use a Dremel tool and grind the top of the rivet. Geese

Ruined your handle - that knob is 100 percent going to come loose. I’ve installed two in spinning reels with red loctite. Eventually it will work loose.
