I just did a Gomexus Power Knob for a Mitchell 385 reel. I love these knobs. I have to drill out my vintage reels for power knobs. It can be difficult to get correct. I’ve got about 25 or 30 reels where I’ve used Gomexus power knobs. They just fit my hand so much better. One thing I do on my vintage reels is I always keep the original handle. I’ll find a replacement handle or handle shank to alter so the power knob fits correctly. I’ll send you some photos of my latest installation. - Chris

I would like to see you do a video on upgrading ball bearings in fishing reels again.

OK - I think I will have a reel coming in soon where the owner wants me to change out bushings for bearings. If I get the reel, I will do that video. I may also get a Newell reel in and that customer could be looking at replacing the steel bearings with ceramic ones. I will keep a note on my desk and try to do a video at that time. Really like the Gomexus line and I ave even adapted handles so they fit more unique reel models.

Gomexus Power Handle for my Penn Fierce 8000 for surf shark was a must have, very pleased with it. I'll consider these new handles for my many 50H's that I use for deep water catfishing. Thanks for the review Dennis.

Just did that upgrade on my penn 4/0. Really gives my reel some eye candy value when the boat is loaded with gold colored 2 speed reels that are the size of a costco rotisserie chicken. Its the move to make and could be a nice stocking stuffer when santa comes arounds in a couple months...

i got 3 reels with gomexus handles on them. one is a senator 9/0, a shimano tyranos 20 and a shimano speedmaster 14000. i really like the handles. the qaulity is fantastic for the price

I use these on all my penn reels execpt the slammers that already have a nice power knob. It matches the battle reels nicely if youre into that kinda thing. Considering what penn gets for a power knob vs what these cost...I dont see how you can go wrong.

Gomexus makes nothing but Quality items.Seen many parts on different Reels - I may order one for my Slosh 20 .
