Gon didn't ignore his surrender, Genthru already did surrender prior to that only to trick Gon into coming near him, he broke Gon's trust and lied so after that Gon just stopped giving him the benefit of the doubt, "You have made the worst mistake you possibly could have".

There is a theory with greed Island's cards that Ging made a baby by himself and then had this Panda card to nurse Gon. card number 007 : Pregnancy Stones (Stones of the Pregnant) S-10 Carry a stone (weighing 7 lb. each) for one month, and you will get pregnant, even if you're male. You may choose the sex of the baby by the female or male stone. card number 099 : Panda Maid S-6 An endangered species. Very neat and loves to cook, each has a hobby such as sewing or gardening. There is a card in greed island that allows you to create a baby ging brought the card out of the game to make a baby (gon) and the panda card to play test the game we see the panda in the last arc sitting with the zodiacs gon is a nen beast not a real child it explains why ging does not act like he has a child it also explains why gon is the way he is we can look at the series as a whole and see that gon is not rational like everyone else and is so in touch with nature its because he is nen himself Togashi also loves games so it's not far off to think his main character was created from a game. Newworldreview did a amazing job explaining it with the title being Togashi just revealed gons mother the title is clickbait nothing was confirmed by Togashi it's still a theory but the evidence is certainly there im 99% sure gon is a nen beast created from greed island

There is no evidence to suggest that anywhere in the text, but it is a fun and harmless headcanon that he was inspired by it when he named it like that.

I don't think so, but it definitely inspired Togashi to name or even came up with Miniature Rose. Authors are only human and most of the time they don't have the whole world and lore preconveiced. It's only natural some ideas serves as distant ancestors to other, fresher and better ones. Miniature Rose is a perfect example.
