Hi Guys, welcome back to our channel. Finally, we are heading towards Gonbo Rangjon, the most iconic place in Zanskar Valley. It is considered to be holy and referred to as God's Mountain by the local inhabitants who practice Tibetan Buddhism. Padum to Gonbo Rangjon road is completely offroading, the distance was only 85 KM but it almost took 5 hrs to reach there.
There are camps available in Gonbo Rangjon where you can stay or set up your own camps as well. Gonbo Rangjon is a must-visit place if you are visiting Zanskar Valley.

This was an interesting journey. Yes, 4x4 is required at few places. Road work is already done from Shinku La to Jispa.

Fantastic. Pl say the date of journey. In mid September 2023 we two (sr citizens)also visited Zanskar valley. But our driver wasn't willing to go Gumbaranjan due to bad road condition.
