I'm going though the deepest depression I've lived through throughout my whole life, and this music feels like an honest friend who says I will get through it eventually as the sunlight is passing through the windows and onto my bed sheets.

Thinking of you, i've been there and back, sometimes to depths that seem inescapable. Make sure you know that fact : it will get better, and you already found one of the few real ways to moderate these moments with soulfull, benevolent music : cherish it like you already do, and you'll look back at these hard times with a lot a compassion and understanding for yourself, i promise.

The real question is are you living your life to your fullest? Are you surrounded by friends and family? Are you going outside and getting fresh air sunlight and water exercise every day? These are the first steps in order to survive. Healthy nutrition follows and a strict schedulewill help keep you from falling to the chasms. Depression is just in your mind my friend. Go find yourself love life and live life and you will be fine we are here for you.

@@Smartsometimes Look, I literally moved to the other side of the planet with my now former partner - I knew nobody and I was betrayed by the only person I trusted in my vicinity at that time. No, I did in fact not have any friends or family around me at that time. Meanwhile I believe that your question is well intending, it does come across a bit off. Fresh air, food, sunlight, water and exercise is the base - sure - but not living life to it's fullest, and sometimes you are not capable to life to it's fullest because of things that have happened to you. At that time, I was definitely not, but I am doing better while I struggle with regaining my trust in others.
