I think…maybe there’s an entrance at the parking lot? I’d have to check when I play the remaster again here later. The entire park is enclosed except from there. There’s a big parking lot surrounding the mall but there has to be some access point to get the jeep into the park. Fortune City in DR2 made a point of showing a long blocked off road that would have been the main way into the area. I believe it’s also the way the military took to arrive
