Being able to see all the thought and work that goes into making your impressive vans is educational, entertaining and is a great sales technique. I want one!

Love the behind the scenes videos. I like seeing how and what you do in the building process. That yellow brace you have on the inside roof is a big plus that I never thought about. I finally understand how you have insulated the van. The more you show us how you build, the more confidence I have in your build. Keep up the good work!

Really great video & thank you for sharing the detailed build process. My current rig is a pop-up truck camper & I look forward to switching to a van build since I'm 63 years old now.

Baltic Birch is a great material. HOWEVER, like all other plywood it does absorb moisture over time. Do you guys seal it (like using polyurethane spar varnish) ??? (I've seen picture of people tearing apart their vans after a couple of years because of moisture absorbing, swelling of plywood, mold and mildew.)

Love the behind the scenes very much. The light weight aspect seems quite important to me. The materials you guys use seem to be the best for less weight and durability. Is it possible to receive an overall weight of the van after you're finished? Thanks for the video. Hope to see more of the fabrication of this van. :)

Great info. So my goal is to take a van, like yours, skiing. While skiing and away from the van the interior temperature could easily drop below freezing. Do you have plans for adding heat tape that would automatically turn on when the inside van temperature drops. Or do you have a set up that will turn on a pump that will automatically circulate heated water when the temp inside hits freezing!! Maybe you have already addressed this concern. Your thoughts? Thanks .

Is that enough insulation outside California weather...
@GriffinConway3 күн бұрын
Gone Mobile Vans did my interior build and used this same insulation. I just got back from a snow camping trip in Colorado where temps got down to 7 degrees overnight and I had to actually get up to turn my heater down because it was too warm. I think this type of insulation with the heater would be sufficient for most temps people would find them in.
