If you are infected with gonorrhea your test should come back positive, but there are always a chance of a false negative. It is possible for your body to fight off the infection naturally, but there are risks to your body in those cases and everyone should be treated ASAP if they are infected.

Good question. Anything is possible, but it is highly unlikely for someone to develop gonorrhea from sharing a cup. Also, take a look at my chlamydia video (how you can get chlamydia) because it is very similar to gonorrhea. Take care!

It is very unlikely for someone to have a gonorrhea STD from infancy to adulthood. Also, the gonorrhea STD is exactly that, a sexually transmitted disease. As a result, if both partners were virgins, this is not likely the case if one person has the STD gonorrhea. Take care!
