She just took me back to the days I used to take African dance classes 20 some years ago! A lot of my girlfriends in the arts were dance teachers back then , and they would wear your behind out in class - I think these days we would need Ben Gay, Icy Hot, and joint replacements trying to keep up with the technique but it sure is cute to see the girls with stronger hipbones keep the tradition alive, LOL

Most of the women in Nigeria wear form fitting attire, those in Sierra Leone do as well. My ancestors from Zulu Land in South Africa wore close to nothing. The dress she is wearing is what most women in different African countries wear.
