Are you aware of the proper law? In Germany too, the car won't stop as they were in the middle of the road. There could be traffic behind the car coming at 40 miles an hour. The cyclist has to stop in this case. Moreover, He was busy adjusting his mobile holder so it could play out horribly for him. He wasn't focusing on the road. And half of the German laws don't make any sense like their people

@@awesomedude4428 I drive in Germany, firstly, I know the rules, the driver gives his indicator, to turn, left has to stop, and watch if any cyclist is crossing across, the vehicles behind the car either stop or change lane, but the first right is of the cyclist unless or until there is an ample where it indicates he needs to stop. Don't tell me the traffic rules I am driving here over 30 years. I am not discussing traffic rules in the USA. So the argument must stop right here. Thank you. With regards.

If he would have used India driving knowledge he could have avoided that. Always think that you dont know what the other guy is going to do, you be careful, indicator or no indicator. The person in the car even slowed down and can see the tyer and the car turning or moving towards the left. Use earphones or listen to instructions announced by the app while driving dont take eyes off the road when in traffic or risky areas.
