I worked 7 years for Ms tech support, then I spent another 2 years getting a degree in network administration. At that point I was just burned out. I ended up doing Uber/doordash and make about $1100 a week in 35 hours. Sure I could make more in the tech field, but I am just so much more happy doing this and it's more than enough to pay my bills.

Dashers, Uber eats Drivers and Grubhub drivers should pick up orders only when it says 1 Mile = $1+ Tips, Example Order value $5, 7Miles, this is a Bad order. If the Order value is $5+ Tips, distance is 3 miles or 4 miles this is a good order. When you are driving you should consider Depreciation of the Vehicle, wear & tear of vehicle, Gas used for driving and your time spent driving the vehicle. If you are not following these rules then you are wasting your time and Money. If you are delivering food in a bigger city then you should be getting more than this money. I want to breakdown few things - the food company charges the customer for food, the uber etc charges customer for delivery etc and customer tips also to the delivery person. Here all the money is taken from the customer. Why cannot food outlets and uber etc earn little less and pay more to deliver guys instead of putting all on the shoulders of the customer.
