After having played LOTR: Rise to War for 5 seasons, here is my Good Side tier list. Please keep in mind that the ranking is based on my personal opinion. But what do you think? How would you rank Good Side commanders?

I love Balin, the more I play and use different commanders the more I realize he’s a beast even without retaliate mine has taken far stronger enemies and mopped the floor with them

The only one I disagree with is Arwen. At high respect she can do crazy healing 200k-350k while doing like 60k commander damage with only smite. While giving a 45%-65% bonus damage for men units she is weak to witch king though. If you find a group of commanders waiting for reinforcement I've seen a r25 go through 10 armies with 3 being full health while only 2 of those armies where badly damaged.

Gandalf white is the strongest commander if he has respect 10 item, however not all people can afford it

Thanks man, I give my all to bring you this content. Unfortunately I don't have an order when doing commander guides, since it depends on the reports I am receiving from the community or if I can provide those reports myself (in case I have that certain commander at good enough Respect level and fitting gear). Whatever commander's reports I get first, is the order in which I procceed. Next up will be Gimli, even though I wanted to do Sauron... but no Sauron reports coming in right now :(

I really liked the video, but here is my opinion. Haldir should not be OP, Balin is not the best good commander in the game, Hirgon deserves an average for being the only good commander with a skill seige buff which is very usefull in RP, Dwalin and Gandalf the Grey should get OP. But I really thought the video was great. This is just my opinion and there are probably things I don't understand.

Denethors retaliate doesn’t work because his heal has a terribly low percentage, lower than Uruk captain and much lower than Balins heal. Idk why the devs put it so low but I guess they just wanted to make Denny boy a meme

@@FollowAzra yeah probably. I don’t know why his is so low: 40% chance of 45% heal (18%) vs Balin 35% chance of 150% heal (52.5%). Maybe I’m missing some scaling or something.

Thank you buddy :) I really wouldn't recommend investing into Dwalin's R10 item. It's not worth since a 20% chance of proccing is too low. You would be much better with Axe of Khazad-Dum (Cleave)!

I found a way to make the witch king great again … it’s a hermet tho idk how no one is using it specially the whales. It’s extremely powerful with the witch king

@@FollowAzra please do azra if you can. I was thinking of doing a startup account and stick with lothlorien the whole time and invest heavily into celeborn for a change. I feel like all of his skills are just so good and high respect (r10+) he is one of the top commanders in the game

I have a friend that just got his king Aragorn to r5 and was disappointed with his results. He has pretty decent gear as well. I’d be very interested to see a king Aragorn dive.

Boromir like example)) You put Balin as the best commander, but his 10 items worst in the game and his first place greatly depends on uniq item which is not easy to get. But still i thing Balin when hn't hummer is very good and near op commander. p.s. i have wrong 3 hummers on my acc (((
