+Goggle user When my folks retired from farming, they sold off most of their equipment for a fraction of what it was worth, just to get it out of there. When I moved away from the farm, I had a scrapper come take a bunch of my stuff for free, just so I wouldn't have to pack it with me. I'm just sayin', it's equally possible that those people just didn't care that much.

we have a bigger disc wit have a 30 foot case ih disc we most of the time pull it with a case 290 magnum we have mostly case and 3 john deeres and `4 aliscalmers case is the best we do all are harvesting with case we have traks on our combine

That disc has to go man we have 2 4850's and they pull a can pull a 29' sunflower. except for head gaskets every other year it can disc 200 acres in a day. loads of power.

What's you're problem? They knew what they had - hell, they're the folks that bought it new! He made them a cash offer - they countered and he jumped on it! No one was 'burned' or taken advantage of. Hell, I've sold equipment for far less than what I had in it - just to get it out of my way - and I didn't wanna dick with the b.s. of taking the time to market for 'full value.' So next time you're at a flea market and see a really good deal on something - MAKE SURE you pay the seller at least 10X their asking price and that will even out the karma universe.
