Yes, when I shampoo! But I think maybe a reason is because I wash my hair every 4 days and don't brush it, so for 4 days I don't get shedding until I loosen everything. And yes, I love these supplements. I see so many baby hairs at the crown of my head and my hair has grown soooo fast!
