Great video. I think you should do more videos like this. Of course it's a must to know PBI technically. But thinking entrepreneurial and knowing Lean and Agile techniques is an optimal combination. Looking forward to the KPI video :-)

Hi Ruth! I liked the idea about talking more about defining the leading and legging indicators. In fact, my manager always tells me that it is not enough to be technical, but it is also important to know how to understand situation from business perspective, so this would be useful.

I have dealed a lot with goals in my live but never heard the defenition of Northstar KPI - great ! I will use it furtheron. Keep going particularly with "everything is measurable" . Could you use the Power BI - Desktop as Example - 5 min to Wow. Looking forward.

For some ideas for anyone. We usually call active users as "engaged" users, and measure their "engagement" rates. Also, conversion, churn, retention; these are some useful things to google the meaning and measure.
