Here in America the light pink-pale skin is not attractive that's why tanning is a multi-billion dollar business.

And I’m still happy that God created so much variety in this world. Because to me nothing beats a beautiful smile of a Filipina who is soft spoken with a cute nose 😂😂😊

No Fretchie, I disagree. There is a reason that foreigners are looking in the Philippines to begin with. And that reason is because of the quality of the Philippino people. The fact that you(Filipinas) are also stunningly beautiful to us, is just icing on the cake. We have beautiful women in our own countries, but we aren’t looking there. That’s why we are in the Philippines.

If I may ask what is it about Filipino women that you would find as better girls than the girls in your country ?
@miahconnell233 ай бұрын
@@AllenMcpherson-q9pMe-personally-I’ve never subscribed to the “old-time-y” gender-norm thing wherein a woman cooks, and does household chores. I’ve done my own laundry since I was in 6th grade. Fast forward many decades and I notice that my Filipina gf just does all sorts of clean-up and chores for seemingly no reason. She traveled hours to my apartment with her specific brand of laundry detergent, just because I’d noticed and said that it smelled extra-good. I noticed that she was doing all sorts of nice stuff for me, all the time. She was just demonstrably nice to me, and also she’d be-and act-very thankful whenever I took us to the movies or bought her(us) dinner or anything: even if it wasn’t expensive. And she’d give me compliments all the time, making me feel valued. I suspect it’s this sort of thing that OP is talking about. I don’t need a person to do chores for me, but her doing all that stuff made me feel like a king. I’d been told that some countries do things differently with gender-roles, and a couple times I too her “no, don’t clean up and do all that stuff: I’m starting to feel like one of those ‘bad guys’ that’s macho & demanding…” but she’d do all these things instead of demanding subservience from me… she even cooked for me in 3rd country where nobody cooks at home. I wouldn’t generalize and say ALL Filipinas are like that. (I wouldn’t know.) and I got lucky because I was not in the Filipinos trying to meet a Filipina: we met almost by accident because we were both in a 3rd country that wasn’t our home and we both were feeling a bit alone due to being single and not part of the ambient culture. I think guys that use dating sites and travel to Asia with gf-obtaining as a purpose tend to have less-fortunate outcomes.

Exactly. Being attractive is a very small part of a relationship and certainly in the US finding someone who has any character whatsoever and who could be trusted in a long-term relationship is almost impossible.

@@Scrunchychingo they can't get young western girls to get interested in them so they move to the Philippines and get very poor Filipina girls 30 years younger then them who will live with and fuck foreigners for money play fake love and expats are ok with that as long as his ego is stroked and she suck him off on demand and clean his

Neurotic and/or toxic will top exotic in the medium and long term. Peace is paramount. Good looks attract, and for most guys they're important because if there's no attraction, then there's no electricity, and no electricity means no closed circuit. However, looks will never make a relationship work if there's no peace. One can have a great engine, but if the spark plugs are fouled, the car won't drive. But it's the engine that moves the relationship forward. Attractiveness - in the language of this video, exotic - is the spark plug, but the engine is peace.

Darker or lighter skin has been a theme preference for decades and changes between cultures and fashions. It used to be that dark skin in Britain was seen as poor, but Coco Chanel changed that. Each country has its theme and ideals. One thing doesn’t change - the initial attraction mean to women is looks. It’s just evolution.

Finding a suitable partner is a numbers game. You need to meet enough people with the qualities you want/are attracted to to have a reasonable chance for success. Going to the Philippines greatly increases my chance of success because the women have physical qualities I'm attracted to. That they are family-oriented, resilient, and generally happy people further increases that chance of success. It's not some scheme to get something exotic; it's a very practical way to find someone I want to build a life with. Further, I want to build a life in the province. People in the Philippines are welcoming. People in small town US aren't welcoming; they're suspicious. And the Philippines is affordable. Finding a Filipina to build a life with is the whole life package I'm looking for. I don't think there's a place on the planet that gives me a higher chance of getting what I want.

I'll disagree with her. Men who find their partners in other countries are usually ones who want a better life & lifestyle. And actually like the culture as well as the mindset. The 'exotic' aspect is over-played. Unless you consider not being 200# and angry all the time "exotic"...🤣🤣 For many men, a low-stress relationship is quite exotic. The honesty (and happiness) of a TRUE relationship with someone who actually wants a traditional healthy relationship is the refreshing part.

The darker Morena skin tone is an American Beauty standard thing (can't speak for Europeans). It's considered more attractive and healthier looking. White women will lay out at the beach or at a pool all day long just to tan their skin darker, probably the opposite of what most Filipinas do and cover up. There are already a ton of fair skinned white women in America so that lighter skin tone is nothing new and just considered plain. A darker skin tone is seen as more of a rare/exotic, being different that the majority isn't a bad thing. There's not too much of a social stigma on skin tone to denote stature in America, i.e. light skin being higher status because you work in doors more while darker skin meaning you're some kind of lower income outdoor manual laborer (some ppl will bring up some obvious US historical context about race issues but I'm more referencing different shades of skin tone within the same ethnicity)

I am sure, that exotic view is attracting most of the people in the world. For example 4 yrs ago i was with my 15 yrs old son in bohol. He is 190 cm tall, has blue eyes and blond hair. You can imaging how many philippina ladies looked after him, search contact and made him very nice offers😂😂. What happens after the first contact, depends on zhe people, in my opinion. So its not reducing your ladies to an exotic view, but this view is attracting many western man.
