Ability to produce goods and services are the cornerstone of every economy. Africa key problem is the absence of the necessary infrastructures to mass produce goods and services, and thereby creating jobs for the citizenry. The emphasis therefore must be on acquiring the necessary infrastructures to mass produce goods and services and not africa having one currency. Paper money is only a medium of exchange to facilitate trade, and therefore should not be prioritized over ability to produce goods and services. Issuing citizens identification cards, showing their residential addresses, and streets naming with signs and numbers on buildings to facilitate directions were necessary groundworks, which should have occurred during Nkrumah’s regime to help catapult ghana on the road of sanity and order, but were ignored by Nkrumah. Rather Nkrumah established ghana airways, just to fly government officials and the few elites overseas, how many Ghanaians were traveling abroad in the sixties to justify making investments in ghana airways a top priority over rural development to supply hard working farmers and workers with clean drinking water and electricity?

Ghanaians seem not to know what is happening in the Sahel states. They will never go back ECOWAS. The remaining West African countries should join the Sahel States or simply leave them alone.
