And that is happening all over the world. I apologize if my comment hurt you I didn't mean to hurt you. I believe given the circumstances it is unreasonable to expect anyone to get this monster this evil under control in a timely manne. I don't think anything or anyone could have foresee this coming. I continue to pray for everyone and about this situation. Whatever contribution I can make to bring even a tiny bit of comfort to everyone as we move forward I will do. Can we expect the same for LA and majority of America now? also i dont think people didnt know about the dried up fire hydrants that was running empty. i think it is clear the insurance companies knew this and then decided to can the fire protection for people...

In 1993 my wife got pregnant. She worked as home maker. We didn't have insurance so the doctor agreed to deliver our first for $1300 as long as we paid up by 7th month. And we did. The 90s era was peak healthcare, prominent doctors were cheap. Hospitals were not loaded down and reasonable. There was one particular political party that was especially hateful of specialists charging $7000 for life saving surgery! So that new hotshot president wasn't going to sit by and let competent affordable doctors get away with existing! He put his wife in charge of taking it all over from the private sector, of course it crashed in flames, but give it a few years and another hateful president will come along. Now we have the affordable care act and holy kow is it expensive, covers less and quality is sewerage plant level! Congratulations America, welcome to the rest of the world!!!

On the fire in So Cal, this is why I moved outta the state during Covid 19. Seriously bad municipal governance and management yet ever increasing taxations and costs. Shocked to hear that there was no or not enough water in the hydrants. Inadequate forest and topography preventive measures. This is not the first although the worst fire. Totally horrific!
