It's not an excuse, but at least it's an explanation. It was obvious that Biden had jet lag, a bad cold and was not feeling well. Brain fog happens at any age when one is jet lagged, exhausted, sick, sleepy.

No valid reason to not allow this everywhere Safely & Securely - You could buy anything you want & have it delivered to your house on Credit with your phone- You could buy a house with your phone & have someone come move all your stuff to new house, using your phone. I cannot be convinced that we can’t have a secure mail-in ballot system. Be it paper or electronic- Hell all your bills, doctors insurance banking are already online/

Perhaps its high time that we put an age limit on the POTUS and VPOTUS positions, and for Congress/ House for that matter as well. SSA states that Retirement Age is 62-72. #POTUS is WELLLLL past that. And the "I know this job" mentality is NOT helping.
