I love your videos. I have a 10 year restraining order on a violent criminal and have called at least 10 times to get help but the Detective says that I MUST COME INTO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO FILE THE COMPLAINT when I don't live there anymore. Is that the law in Florida or can I report his stalking a different way? He is in jail and has enlisted the help of a friend to stalk me now too. They have all the proof of him contacting me because he was in jail while doing it but they won't help me unless I walk into the police department. Please tell me how I can report this without having to go back there. Thank you.

thats very odd. If the person has contact you dial the non-emergency number and police should come to your home. The paperwork is completed and sent to the state attorney and charges are filed. If you have a no contact order in one state and you live in another state when contact is made you go to local authorities not the original locale.

No contact orders should go both ways. And courts give orders of protection to liars and victim players all the time. It's ass backwards.

Eliminate injunction laws for domestic cases. Too many abuses of the system.
