Happy birthday to little one but I am shocked to see that why people in Pakistan think English is very good language for them & they don’t speak Urdu I live in England my kids & husband are British born but we still speak Urdu in home & we teach our kids our mother tong English people don’t speak our language they don’t learn Urdu I don’t understand why our people so proud when they speak English I am gob smack 🤦‍♀️

I am punjabi and living in canada i speak punjabi not urdu, it is good to know other languages, but where it is written to forgett our own culturelly language, this shows that person has low self a steam, because i see,even in my own family, that 99%of punjabi speaking have stoped punjabi with their children and they think urdu is better sound than punjabi and urdu speaking feels english is better sound than urdu and punjabi, and thats why punjabi is daying, person should care first Quraan and arabic, if not atleast dont be ashame of ur cultral (alaqayi) language and ur cultur. Most silly old parent answer was "oh but we, husband and wife speak punjabi" , to my this conserned was that u should speak with ur children, very silly brain, because if u dont transfer in ur child that thing will die. Most of our pakistani people are famouse coping, we speak punjabi in home and outside if someone is gujrati or sirilankan or phusto or or farci or urdu then we speak with them international english languah, but i think if my children can understand their urdu then urdu people should be able to understand our punjabi, if not, then it isnt pur problem, because for not any cast (exept my religion) i am going to not let my punjabi culture finish, but i must say i have seen some urdu speaking parents discoueraging punjabi parents and asking them why dont u speak urdu with them. But i think no one can influence a adult unless they let them, only weak minded would be. In my family of 10 only one urdu speaking came and instead her adopeting punjab we 10 adopted her, i speak with her punjabi and she speaks with me in urdu, it shoukd have been that, i see only sikh, and chinese, even highly educated doctors ingneers lawyers they speak their own languahe and they arent ambarrase by and they dont say, how the other, (specially urdu speaking,we shouldnt be worring for urdu speaking because with little effort they can understand punjabi,) will understand, instead of that we should care how that that way our language will finish

Yea I agree. I can understand if the kids are raised in another country that they will speak the language of that country since that what you learn in school over there but why are kids in Pakistan speaking English before Urdu - that's pathetic as fuck.

Ye angraise ka bacha hey, is he a muslim. Wise parents should worry making him into asha insan when he is adult, and that would be only if u make ur child close to religion, not feeling proud to show us a boy who only looks and act and speak like a western child, seems away from islam, my grand son is 9 but when u see him, his just being there will tell every one that he isnt embarace of eastern values, language, eastern culture and his apparence, he knows blowing on candle and then wishes isnt in islam, rhat is because we teach him, eventhough we live in canada and he wears pant and shirt and speaks english but he wears juba too, he does all the duas, when he sits in the car, enter home dua,musjid duas when he enter in, washroom duas and so on, if he was there on tv, in that 30 minutes, he would have said some islam duas and instead thank u, forsure he would said jazak allah if there were muslim people, and he wouldnt have eaton anything without saying bismilahi wa alla barkat illah. And mashallh my sons appearance will show u he is a practical muslim and my daughter in law would be not showing any of her beauty that what allah has orderes women not to show. Alumdulillah my children dont have to do namaz to tell others that they are muslims their love for sunna like their apparance their pure islamic names what our prophète and sahabas name were, their talks will automatic will includes allahs name, because in oir day to day talk, if someone is practical muslim, will include allahs name in duas, we have dua for sleeping and awaking up, whole volog is western. If we are in pakistan we should look like a pakistani, these children in language and in clothing looks like they are embarace of their culture other wise speak ur language and wear ur cloth. Nida where is ur shalwar qameeze?
