Second, they don’t have tadpole babies, but instead hatch mini baby frogs. And third they cannot hop, but they crawl fast if they wanted to.

I can explain the butts! It's the same as humans, since we stand up straight our butts are mostly muscle and are relatively big. The potatoes don't jump but instead crawl and burrow, so their butts are far more developed than other frogs who go for muscular legs instead.

It's hilarious/endearing to see a snake yawn too. Snakes don't have eyelids so they don't close their eyes when they yawn because they physically can't!
